Your name, email, phone number, and the information you provide while signing up and onboarding. We also store the schedule, stipend, and care team details connected to your account.
To run your caregiver account: track your AFC stipend, show your schedule, connect you with your care team, and send important account messages.
Your data is stored on secure servers. Access is limited to authorized True Compass staff who need it to support your account. We never sell your personal information.
We share information with your care team and, when required, with state and federal agencies that administer the AFC program. We use trusted service providers (like our hosting and email providers) under written agreements.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or close your account at any time by contacting support.
